...Sainsbury's have their own hand lotion called intensive hand lotion which has packaging which is remarkably similiar to Vaseline intensive hand cream - this is wear the similarities end. Sainsbury's lotion is not a patch on the vaseline lotoin. It is a very watery lotion that leaves your hands feeling sticky and very greasy. The lotion also takes along time to be absorbed and really did not do that much for my then dry hands infact it was quite irritating on my hands - I went back to using the real stuff ie Vaseline intensive hand lotion.... ...Boots Baby Lotion This is a moisturising lotion specially formulated to be mild enough for even babies skin. The lotion is part of a range that includes Baby Talc, Baby Bath, Baby Oil and Baby Soap. The lotion is available in 500ml bottles and cost approx £2. The lotion is well packaged in a nice pink well designed bottle. The bottle has a flip cap that allows the liquid to be easily dispensed with no mess. I have used an entire bottle and not had to clean the lid once. The lotion has a fragrant and almost powdery smell that fades slighly when applied to the skin. I think this baby lotion smells far better than other more well known brands which can be a bit overpowering. The bottle comes in a baby pink colour and has an easy flip top lid, so it's easy to squeeze out the lotion, the lid can also be twisted off. As well as the perfume there are also two other Secret Wish Magic Romance fragranced body products which are body lotion and shower gel. The body lotion can be used to compliment and layer the scent of the perfume giving it more staying power. ...Body shop's cocoa butter body lotion is brilliant. It comes in a small 30ml bottle ideal for travelling and works absoloutely wonders for your skin. The smell is a real 'feel good factor' but sadly not everyone loves the rich scent of cocoa butter. The other 'not-so-good-thing' is that the bottle cannot be in an array of sizes and the bottle is awfully 'plain.' As for your skin, well that's what really matters. Body shop's lotions are great for dry or irritated skin-just like mine. The lotion works wonders and is just a tiny bit disappointing due to the fact that the lotion is quite runny. ...Anna Sui ~ Sui Love ~ Body Lotion Sui Love perfume by Anna Sui is one of the newest perfumes which I have added to my perfume collection. I think the perfume smells absolutely gorgeous, so I decided to treat myself yet again and buy the Sui Love body lotion and shower gel to compliment and layer the scent of the perfume. Now the picture you can see at the top of this review isn't a picture of the body lotion, it is a picture of the perfume bottle. I have uploaded pictures of the Sui Love body lotion which I bought at the weekend so as you can see what it looks like. I bought my Sui Love body lotion from Debenhams and it cost me £12 for a 200ml pink plastic tube, although they did have another Sui Love body lotion but that was slightly more expensive and had different packaging. Advantages: Enough shimmer for some people, and enough moisture for normal skin.
Disadvantages: Not enough moisture for dry skin, not enough shimmer for "nights out".

...This was the only place I found suitable for this review. Nivea body Shimmering Lotion is actually not the best lotion I have ever tried. Producer-brag; “For an even skin with radiant shimmer”. But to be completely honest, I didn’t really see any difference except from a small shimmer reflection and maybe a little smoother skin. The packaging is not much to brag about, and not the most “eye-catching”. When I took my clothes on after rubbing the lotion on, The clothes got a little greasy. So what I did next time was to wait a couple of minutes before I put all my clothes on. (Especially important if they are nice clothes.) It absorbs after a couple of minutes or so… And over to the smell, it’s very nice, but a little strong (not recommended together with perfume, the lotion is enough). I have always loved the smell of baby lotion so I decided to see how well it worked as a moisturiser and cleanser for my skin. I recieved an A3 Superdrug leaflet through my door the other day and couldn't resist looking at the latest offers. After noticing bottles of CK ONE and CK BE on offer, I saw a product I'd never noticed before. Now many of you may no that my lips live off vaseline, I love the stuff, it works, it's cheap and it's handy but I've never used any other Vaseline product before in my life! I noticed a body lotion from the 'Vaseline Intensive Care' range. It looked interesting and was on offer for only £1.86! The bottle was 200ml in size and a greeny / turquoise colour. ...What a fantastic product. Johnsons Baby Lotion is brilliant. it has a lovely fragrance and is very easily absorbed into Baby's skin (it can also be used by adults as a moisturiser and as a make up remover) I have used several different brands of Baby Lotion but nothing absorbs as well as Baby Lotion. I would definately recommend this product and all the others in the Johnsons range including the Baby Shampoo, Baby Oil and baby Bath. Although the johnsons products are slightly more expensive than say Supermarket own brands, there is not a great difference and i believe that it is worth the extra few pence... Read review
