Advantages: great funny show
Disadvantages: some of their joke grow old after a while
...This is one of the best shows on Radio 1. The show is hosted by to northerners, which are just having a laugh. The have tonnes of jokes.
My favourite part of the show is the cheesily cheerful chart challenge this is where they give a topic which is in the media at the moment, and people phone in with songs which best describe the quote.
The show is on 1pm to 3 pm with Chris moles show afterwards which is very similar to the mark and lard show.
I would definitely recommend you to listen to it, Its a good show to listen to but some of their joke do get enjoying when listening to it every day....

Keep skinning the opposition (alive) - the best show on the radio

Advantages: Top quality entertainment, full of unique humour and sarcasm
Disadvantages: Only on for two hours
...I first heard Mark and Lard in 1997 when they were plugging the gap between Chris Evans and Zoe Ball on the Radio 1 Breakfast show. They were unique and funny then, but as Radio 1 opted for Ball Mark and Lard were moved to the afternoon.
Since then the show has developed still further. They are constantly working on fresh ideas like Vague News, My TV Show and Chalk and Cheese. Mix in regular favourites like the Cheesily Cheerful Chart Challenge, the usual banter and the unique way they tell the time and you’re set for the afternoon.
As shown by some of their TV work they can do serious work too, but for the most part their best skill is their ability to bring a smile to your face while you’re toiling your way through work on a weekday afternoon....

Peep Show: Funny, unique comedy!

Advantages: Hilarious, well acted, great scripts
Disadvantages: Sometimes a bit rude
...you don't want to!
The first 2 series introduced us to the woman who Mark has long lusted for from afar, Sophie, played by Olivia Colman. She works where Marks works at JLB Credit, and their relationship is well shown in this show.
Jeremy's main friends are a cocaine addict called Super Hans, we never learn his real name. They are both aspiring musicians but neither seems to make much progess in their careers! He also dates an American woman called Nancy, whom he marries in Series 2 so she can get a Visa to stay in the UK.
Series 1 sees Mark unsuccessfully pursuing Sophie. She has a relationship with Jeff, but Mark does his best to split them up. Jeremy ends up living with Mark after being thrown out by his ex Big Suze. Jeremy then becomes obssessed with their next door neighbour Toni.
Series 2 sees Jeremy marrying Nancy...
