Disadvantages: Bulky, Fuzzy txt messages, no other fasiacs available
...This matrix phone is a killer!
It was based on the matrix when it first came out!!
It was a huge success with the matrix and the luvers of the matrix.
It came in adverts everywhere!! around the world!!
The features of the 7110 are:
Wap phone,
Messaging,
Infra-red,
Text messaging,
Call group,
Savable ringtones,
Logos available,
Nice look,
Black and sleek,
Better than NOKIA banana,
Good battery talktime,
When you get the package it will include the phone, aswell as the battery, also sim card(if you buy as pay as you go).
It has a big display screen, its good because it is clear to see.
The only thing wrong with it is when the text messages go fuzzy and unclear to read.
The rest of the features are good, like the roller it makes it more flexible, a clip at the back to make the cover flip.
It is only available on one fasiac the black...

Dodge this...at your peril!
Review of Matrix, The (1999) by
bluezest
Advantages: the evolutionary leap in special effects, the first real look at bullet time.
Disadvantages: Perhaps acting could have been improved slightly
...I know there maybe some 153 opinions on this film and it’s barely worth reviewing, but has the film extraordinaire of my life I don’t really have a choice but to share my thoughts with Britain.
STORY
Well, this film is not all about sleek style and cool special effects; it also boasts a story that many failed to understand, so I’m going to have a stab at explaining it.
The Matrix is meant to be a computer generated World pulled over our eyes to make us believe that the world we see is real. It was designed to keep us in control. The real World is actually machine controlled with all humans locked in containers by the machines and used as power to supply them. This is where the matrix comes in as it is forcing us to believe that Earth and everything else is what is really real.
However, there are a certain minority that are not included...

Great phone - one major problem
Review of Nokia 7110 by
eddieholmes
Advantages: Style, reputation, sound quality, range of features, customisability (ringtones, logos, adaptability)
Disadvantages: Weakness of kepad cover!
...The Nokia 7110 then. It is a good phone. Wap, all the other features you'd expect and great customisability options. It's sleek, stylish, and hey, it *is* the "Matrix phone" after all! I have found battery life to be excellent on a Li-Ion, and sound quality I find to be very clear. The roller is a very cute feature, but is limited in some respects, in that it is hard to become familiar. However it does make some tasks easier than they would be otherwise, such as accessing phone book.
The Wap utility is generally excellent also.
Having taken the phone on the Orange Everyday 50 tariff, thus getting the phone free, I feel it has provided me with excellent service, and I could not reccommend it highly enough. Until today that is.
You see, while it is a superb phone, *don't* buy one if you have a rugged lifestyle. The flick down kepad...

Samsung sing the praises
Review of Samsung DVD-709 by
peppermint
Advantages: price, picture and sound quality, plays all regions
Disadvantages: none really
...I'm a big gadget fan, and enjoy movies and surround sound, so a DVD player was an obvious purchase to make. At £299 the Samsung DVD-709 was the cheapest DVD player on the market at the time I bought it, though since then cheaper models are available. However, in terms of quality the DVD-709 is unbeatable for the price. You get a high-quality DVD player in sleek silver, digital audio out for connection to a Dolby 5.1 decoder for surround sound, zoom feature and DTS compatibility. The picture quality is first class, and when connected up to a Dolby 5.1 processor, the digital surround sound is superb. The model had difficulties playing certain discs, such as the MAtrix, but there is an upgrade available from the shop you purchsed from which corrects this ... and there is a region hack so you can play DVDs from anywhere in the world as well...

Matrix Revolutions -Movie
Review of Matrix Revolutions, The by
tom321
Advantages: The special effects that have never been seen before.
Disadvantages: The story could of been a bit better.
...The matrix revolutions movie was a very well made movie and the Special Effects are outstanding. The movie is the final chapter to the Matrix trilogy and stars Keanu Reeves as Neo. If you are thinking on buying The Matrix Revolutions make sure you have seen The Matrix and The Matrix Reloaded first, that way it will all fit together.
The movie is basically all about a war against machines; Neo must defeat the machines as they are in control of the Matrix.
As long as the machines are in control, the human race will be enslaved in the Matrix providing a source of power to the machines.
To stop this Neo has to go in to the heart of the machines where no other human has ever been, and defeat them saving the last human city “Zion” from destruction.
In doing this Neo then come face to face with a powerful program that tries to kill Neo so...

Dick Dangerous Reloaded
Review of The Matrix Reloaded DVD by
Dick_Dangerous
Advantages: Bigger fights and more kung fu for buck
Disadvantages: When there isn't kung fu
...to lead us further into the world of The Matrix and promised to be bigger, better and with more bangs for buck. That was kinda the problem with it I guess. Allow me to elaborate: When I first checked out the original Matrix movie it was like watchin' my life: kung fu, guns, danger, naked chicks. Actually I think they missed out the naked chicks. But then so did I... Whatever, The Matrix was slick, sleek and fun, and exactly what the tired blockbuster film industry needed - a rocket propelled cluster-f*ck in the ass. It was like someone hittin' George Lucas and Jim Cameron round the head with a ten metre sh*t-covered stick and yelling "Stop bein' so crap!"
Sadly one thing leads to another and we end up with Hollywood churning out copycat rip off after copycat rip off. You can't even go to the theatre and watch a movie about lesbian milkmaids...

Matrix - Magic
Review of Matrix, The (1999) by
Maxinefowkes
Advantages: Best film I have ever seen.
Disadvantages: None
...The Matrix was one of the best films that I have ever seen. It is set in the future after there has been a war between man and machine, the machine having artificial intelligence.
Keano Reeves is the star and discovers that the Matrix is the world that everybody is living in. What this means is that the machines have taken over the world and harvest humans for their own use. The humans are used like batteries for feeding the machines that now run the plant.
The story is that Keano Reeves is the ONE that other freed humans have been looking for. He is disconnected from the Matrix and boards their underwater vessel. Keano Reeves then learns that the only way to fight the machines is to re-enter the Matrix. This means that he connects up to a computer and finds out information and fights with people that work for the Matrix...

What Is The Matrix???
Review of The Matrix DVD by
Garza007
Advantages: stunning graphics
Disadvantages: complicated to understand at first
...What is the Matrix, The Matrix is every where.
The Martix is my favorite film, breath taking special effects and wonderful soundtracks. My favourite scenes are; the Lobby Scene (HAHAHAHA) and I know Kung Fu (the fight between Neo and Morpheus).
I like this film not just because of the story line and grphics, but also because it's one of those films that don't have the boring talking scenes.
I have now seen this film 14 times. I just can't wait till Matrix 2 and 3 comes out, thats if there is a sequel....

WAP-solutely brilliant
Review of Mitsubishi Trium Geo by
neo1138
Advantages: Cheap, reliable connection, T9 text entry, intuitive control
Disadvantages: Limited choice of ring tones, loses internet connection frequently
...Since I saw The Matrix I had wanted one of those phones with the spring loaded mouthpiece. When Nokia released their new 7110 WAP-enable mobile, I began to seriously consider a purchase. However, with the lack of a pre-pay version and a £100+ price tag, I had serious reservations. I'm glad I didn't bother because I'm more than happy with my Trium Geo.
The offer I purchased the phone under was exceptional. £79.99 was the base price, but then you get £50 cashback after 60 days. So that's £29.99. Then, take off the £10 for a two-day deal on the handset, and that's £19.99. Then you can count the £10 of free calls and bingo, a WAP enabled pay-as-you-go mobile for a tenner!
The handset itself is sleekly designed and looks pretty cool, although now I'll never get my spring-loaded mouthpiece (sniff!). The use of the WAP microbrowser...

a great laptop!! dell!!
Review of Dell Inspiron 6400 - Pentium Dual Core T2080 1.73 GHz - 15.4" TFT by
punker123
Advantages: great screen
Disadvantages: could be faster
...if the idea of somthing ultra portable with a fantastic 5 hours battery life whilst watching videos and an amazing 7 hours of possible battery life makes your ears prick up, then this laptop may be the one for you.
this is possibly one of the best looking laptops ive seen, its sleek, its cool and you just wouldnt be embarresed gettin this piece of equiptment out to show the public at a coffee bar or airport.
the 15.4 tft screen is a quite compact screen for a quite compact laptop, but still movies look large on this great active matrix screen.
one of the greatest things about this is its so cheap. especially since its got a rather good spec too.
dell describes its laptop as a mobile entertainment unit. this is kind of true, it is great for dvds and music however there are better entertainment units on the market today.
also gaming...
