...This mouse is a great buy for anyone whether you are new to computers or fairly experienced. It is roughly 30% smaller than regular mice. This cheap but incredibly reliable optical mouse has never faultered and will work on any opaque surface such as a desk, a cushion, your arm - anything! This mouse is simple to use and unlike mice which use balls to detect direction, it is all done with optical technology so no more cleaning out the mouse every few months due to dust! The mouse looks basic and will fit in with any computer and has a cool light that lights up when you move it. This mouse is very comfortable in the hand whether you are right or left-handed and includes a useful middle wheel button for easy scrolling and double-clicking. ...After a lot of researching, I just got a Trust Retractable Optical Mini Pink Mouse for my new Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop. The mouse looks great!!! The colour is lovely! It is small but a very good size for a laptop mouse! It has a very comfortable feel when using it, the scroll is good. It doesnt need any mouse mat. I just use it on the inside surface of the laptop and it works fantastically! It is very light, and it doesnt need any batteries, just plug the usb side into the laptop and it works straight away. It would have been even better if it can be used wirelessly as well! but for £10 it is good value and great product! It matches any pink laptop amazingly.... Read review

...it. It relies on some form of infa red sensor to work. This transmits the Mouse's new location to the PC via a small plug you insert into the mouse port. On top of this function, it has a small wheel in the centre of the mouse. I find this very useful for scrolling up and down menus. Im trying to teach the children to use it but their hands are just too small for it and they dont understand the concept. My husband is always talking about inventing "mini Mice" for children to use. If he does, I hope it includes this wheel. Its very handy. One critism would be the fell of the mouse. The Mouse at work is also a microsoft one. Yet it is shaped to the contours of your hand. The Cordless Wheel mouse is a more conventional design and does not sit as nicely in your hand. Perhaps if Microsoft combined all of these good points into one... Read review

Advantages: Small,but ideal with Laptops,and no excess wire everywhere
Disadvantages: Would be difficult for people with arthritis but they do larger versions

...Recently my partner bought me a laptop,as I use the internet alot ,and needed a more powerful computer system. It is fantastic in every way,but i have been really struggling to get along with the touch sensitive mouse pad,and it has slowly driven me mad. So on a shopping trip the other day my partner bought me the Targus Super Mini Retractable,Optical mouse. Since then my pleasure on my PC has really improved. The mouse as it says is Super mini,but it has all the feature of a full size mouse. Three button feature,left and right click buttons and very mini scroll wheel in the center. The mouse has a USB plug to fit all pc`s with USB ports, and in my opinion the most fantastic feature is the Retractable mouse cable. DVD's seemed to popup as if from nowhere and no were being treated to this delightful mouse from Trust (Sigh) I've never been a big fan of Trust because all the products I've purchased from them seem to fall apart or do a poor job. Welcome onto the scene this amazing little mouse. The Trust Ami Mouse has gone where no mouse has gone before, no it wasn't the first mouse to appear on Star Trek, because has so many new and improved features. To start with please turn your attention to the above photograph. There are two silver mouse buttons with a mouse wheel in the middle. Unlike other mouse’s the buttons have been designed to curve into the centre of the mouse at an angle.
