...I bought Scafell because I needed some lightweight waterproof walking boots and was bored with getting my feet soaked in soggy trainers. These might be waterproof, they certainly worked in some light rain for an hour but the soles just don't have the stiffness for anyone my weight 13.5st / 89Kg I feel every pebble, and its not nice. I normally walk on the North downs across fields and the paths are not that rough but I feel like my feet are being prodded and squished by every tiny item I stand on. To compare, my running trainers are much better at soaking up the bumps. Also the padding seems very thin around the toes making downhill walking prone to rubbing. If you are looking for lightweight shoes on very easy terrain and are say, half my weight you might consider them.... Read review

..., but not once did I twist my ankle. The boot has a great deal of support around the heel with lots of padding on the fabric inside lining. The overall boot is durable and also waterproof. It has a sewn in leather tongue so there are no gaps between the boot and the tongue as it is all in one to prevent water getting in to the inside of the boot. Technically you would be able to stand in water up to above your ankle in depth and not get wet as the leather creates a waterproof cover (providing you keep the boot care up and look after it). The boot is also breathable so it limits sweating from your feet with in the foot. **********Quality********** Peter Storm is a very well known and respected make in the 'outdoors' industry. ...Millets....Good old millets, a familiar high street camping chain was taken over by blacks which became the OutdoorGroup Recently. Their range of stock is based mainly on their own inhouse brands such as eurohike, Peter Storm and ALS. Now you may have seen these before..... in a Blacks store as both are part of the same group. Peter Storm clothing is generally of reasonable quality, provided your doing nothing more than path walking it will serve you well. Go up and do some serious hillwalking and you can forget it - it is not designed for it. Jackets lack wired hoods, a crucial feature. Peter storm footwear is also something of a mixed blessing, they've managed to produce a range that goes from reasonable to abissmal as in general the footware is very high volume, heavy and lacks cushioning. ...The trailer for this film promised action and tension but with a touching element. The film is based on a book which is itself based on real life events from 1991. The novel imagines what might have happened to a real life fishing boat, called the Andrea Gail, which got caught in a storm so fierce and so unforgiving that it was called a perfect storm. The film is directed by Wolfgang Petersen who is probably best known for his film Das Boot-he really seems to like films with lots of water! The captain of the Andrea Gail was Billy Tyne, played by the gorgeous George Clooney. Due to a failing fish quota he decides to take his crew out again, much to their unwillingness. The story focuses on what happens when Tyne takes the crew further and further out. When the storm literally erupts he has to decide whether to tackle it or go away... Read review

Flood is an excellent Film based on some real facts such as the great flood in the 50's and the storms of the 80's. It has a special features - interview with the cast and crew, Robert Carlisle, Jessalyn Gilsig, Tom Courtney, David Suchet, Tony Mitchell, Justin Bodie and Peter McAleese and is made by Lionsgate with a running time of 107 minutes approx. It has been given a 12 rating with a cautionary - Contains moderate injury and sustained threat. ...The bastard sons of Kraftwerk and Hardfloor unleash this Eurotrance voodoo child, replete with a wicked remix by Dave Clark to boot. It's already rampaged through the clubs in Europe and this summer took Ibiza by storm, from experience i can tell you that this track on the dancefloors of Ibiza leaves you in a hypnotic trance near impossible to shake off. The track looks set to take the UK by storm next, already a favourite of Jules, Dave Pearce and the like, the track has more radio 1 airplay than Big Brother! With a beautiful melody and a synth that could quite literally wake the dead, the hardened clubbers had better get ready for this one. By the time the track is through we could literally be living in a Zombie Nation. Oh and just for the records, the track is called Kermcraft 400 by Zombie Nation and not the other way around... ...Peter pan My daughter bought my grandson Adrian aged 4 a Peter Pan dressing up costume from Woolworths and when we visited last he put it on to play. This dressing up costume costs £15.00. This costume comes in two sizes 3-4 years and 5 to seven years. This is a Ladybird brand costume made with100 polyester. And is sponge clean only. Adrian likes dressing up usually as a fireman, but he had seen a Peter Pan film recently and my daughter thought the costume cute. Adrian dressed in the green tunic top, green trousers and boots a belt around his waist, put on the Peter Pan hat that has a feather in it and pranced around with the soft knife provided with the set and saved his 9 month old sister. He enjoyed playing in this outfit and although I am not sure that he really was pretending to be Peter Pan he just danced around to charm his... Read review

...now leicester face the hardest test of all. they have to see if they can continue to perform the miracles of past seasons now that the messiah has gone north to the land of the haggis and the hooped jerseys. o'neill was undoubtedly a galvanising force at filbert street, eliciting the best from his players, making them play out of their skins when they had to. can peter taylor do the same? he is certainly a quality manager, as followers of the england under 21s and gillingham will testify, but is he in the same class as o'neill? only time will tell. and how long before the top names jump ship, not longer bound by o'neill to leicester. the likes of lennon, collymore, elliot and flowers could earn their pay packets at clubs of higher stature, and of higher budgets. this season is an important one, time for steadying the ship throguh... ...Spiderman, spiderman, does whatever a spider can. This is the first chapter of that Spiderman on the big screen, after being a hugely successful television show and comic book. If you had any slight interest in what was going on in Hollywood in 2002 you WILL have heard of the storm this film caused, with all the children complaining of the 12 certificate so in the UK they made this the first ever 'PG12' film, meaning if you were with your parents but under 12 you could go see it. Was it worth all the fuss? Let me tell you. Tobey Maguire takes on the huge task of bringing the idolized character to life as he plays Peter Parker. To be beat out all the competition from Jason Biggs to much smaller/bigger actors he must have been doing something right, and when you first see Tobey on screen playing Peter you can see that it fits instantly...
