...I like this floor cleaner as it is simple to use, removes the need for a separate bucket and wringing out of dirty mops. It is particularly effective on wooden and vinyl floors. It is less effecitve on tiled floors and in particular small mosiac tiled floors. Beads of dirty water tend to be left around the grouted areas. The main drawback for me is the flimsy mop head brackets. A plastic ball joint clips onto two plastic brackets on the mop head. They are easily broken and it is virtually impossible to effect a repair by gluing. You cannot make the bracket strong enough. At neary £19 for the mop, if you get the head stuck or are clumsy and keep knocking the skirting boards, you can easily break this joint and render the mop useless. It is a lot of money to risk.... ...When I bought my Ghd hair straighteners I bought them as part of a kit along with a heat mat and some other hair related things! One of the things in the set was the Ghd Paddle Hair Brush. The paddle brush is quite large. It has a rectangular head which is about 20cm in length and about 12cm wide. Along the head of the brush is rows of plastic bristles, which is what brushes through your hair to detangle it. Each bristle has a little tiny plastic ball on it, which stops your head getting scratched from the plastic bristles. I have noticed that after lots of use, that some of these little plastic balls have actually fallen off, but not that many that I notice when I am brushing my hair. ...“Intuition” quite an intriguing name isn’t it? This razor first caught my attention when I saw the advert on TV, obviously now that I wish to recall it I can’t – typical! The Wilkinson Sword intuition is a razor that combines both a blade and a moisturizing gel removing the need for any shaving gel, body wash or other shaving lubricant. The head contains 3 blades for a close shave, the equivalent to a Gillette Mach 3 only much, much better for closeness of shave; another difference being that the head is surrounded by a water activated moisturizing lubricant, all you have to do is sit in your bath or stand in the shower and shave as usual minus the lubricant. ...I ended up with this razor as a freebie. I usually use Bic Razor, the disposable sort that come in bags, and so to get the chance to try out one of the newest razors around without forking out hard cash was rather nice. The razor came in a nice clear plastic moulded case, very sleek! Inside sat the razor. Beneath it were several compartments to hold the razor replacement heads. The whole affair clipped together and was easy to open. The razor itself was nothing special in looks. Black in colour, it was light and had a nice feel to it with a textured grip, presumably to aid holding when shaving. The heads clipped onto to pins on the razor.
