Advantages: environmentally friendly, organic, chlorine-free

...This review is specifically about Natracare Super Ultra Pads. I've been really keen to find an alternative to bleached and plastic-y sanitary towels for a while now. And while I'm a fan of the idea of washable, reusable cloth sanitary towels, practically - and for the sake of saving my blushes - I am eschewing them (for the moment). I turned to what seems to be the next best thing: Natracare. Natracare are non-chlorine bleached, perfume-free, plastic-free and over 95% biodegradable. Great I thought and ordered some super pads with wings online. When they arrived I was pleased to see that they are packaged in a cardboard box and the individual wrappers are paper not plastic - excellent from an environmental point of view and because they are much quieter to unwrap than those with plastic wrappers (hurrah!). Advantages: Programable buttons. Both analogue and digital controls. Good software.
Disadvantages: Slightly uncomfortable after using for a while. The digital pad is not perfect.

...can be used a ‘shift’ button, theoretically giving the user up to 16 buttons to play with. In reality of course, if you were playing a driving game or any action game for that matter, you wouldn’t want to take your thumb off the controls to be able to access these extra buttons, but a nice touch all the same. The D-pad is a brave move, and neatly steps away from the large number of N64 controller look-alikes. While it is novel to have both analogue and digital controls available from just the one D-pad (round by the way, with a little grove for your thumb to sit in), this too is just not practical. Like many D-pads, when used digitally, it has a habit of going diagonally rather than left or right. Very annoying!! Advantages: Endless combos and strategies to master.

This game play of the main game when you are Eragon is quite simple as you are able to just walk around and so long as you know the buttons needed to attack then you can complete most levels. Any new combos that are required will be told to you during the game and a list of buttons needed to activate the combo will also be displayed. A few of the levels require you to play as Saphira. These can be hard to begin with as she is difficult to control and you usually end up crashing into trees but after some practice you will get the hang of it. This is the kind of game where you must have the patience to practice certain skills in order to overcome certain levels. I would recommend this game to, not only the people who like to play games where lots of skill is involved but also those that enjoy... Read review

...period before they need to be discarded and replaced, thus the more practical of the pads for every day use is the polyester pad. This needs to be rinsed out roughly weekly, it is better to rinse the pads in rotation so you don't remove all the good bacteria stored on the pads. Replacing them should also be done in rotation and buying replacement pads would cost around £3 per pack of pads, sold in separate packs of foam, polyester and carbon pads. So around £6 a month to keep it running effectively. When plugged in it is runs very quietly, you can use it to help aerate the aquarium but I have not used this option due to the aeration system already in place. There is though a block to close the hole used to draw in air if you choose not to utilise this option. It attatches to the tank wall with a trio of suckers on a flat piece of plastic... Read review

I purchased my bathing pad by mail order from Blooming Marvellous for £12.99. AFTER ~ purchasing ‘Easy Bath’ bathing pad I cannot emphasize enough how much this bathing pad has helped me! Easy Bath’s bathing pad is essentially a floating cushion; its outer white cover is made of polypropylene with a differentiated raised pillow for the head. ...on the feature. However, being almost identical to the PSX pad, there are no ports for you to place a memory card in, and there’s nothing quite as good as a VMU in my view! But hey, it saves you fiddling about, so in this respect it’s good. Memory cards go straight into the console – just like the last Playstation. The rumble effect isn’t so noticeable that you hurt your hands, but it’s a good feature that actually enhances the game playing experience, and is compatible with practically all PS2 games. Comfort? As I have already mentioned, I do prefer the Dreamcast controller, but then I haven’t gotten used to the PS2’s. Compared to the N64’s though, Sony’s peripheral excels – I can’t stand the N64 pad!
