...11 Wireless Ethernet Bridge, which is similar, but the Buffalo WLI-TX4-G54HP is better in every way. It is much easier to set up (via a simple web interface, and access to the 1.1.1.1 configuration port), it has great range, it has 4 ports instead of 1, and it has been totally trouble-free. With the Linksys WET11, the only way I can get back to the configuration screen after setting it up is to reset the device and start from scratch. With the Buffalo WLI-TX4-G54HP, its default configuration/status address is 1.1.1.1 after a reset, but you can change it to something in your local subnet, so you can still get to the configuration/status page after it is set up. Nice! Buffalo also has some similar products with just one ethernet port, instead of four. Those are the products with "TX1" in the model number, instead of "TX4."... Read review

Advantages: Soft enough to be good on greens but still goes a good distance. Price.

...in their range is currently the TX4 which is a four-piece golf ball designed for the ulitmate in feel and control with much less of a consideration for distance than the other two (particularly the DX2 which is a distance ball and while good in this respect is very limited around the green). In recent months Wilson Staff have also released the "DX2 Soft" which is aimed at improving on the original DX2 by giving players more control around the greens - a soft distance ball as it were! I have tried these but only briefly and they seem very similar to the PX3 to me and are probably a very similar price too. I am a 15 handicap and have used this ball throughout my improvement from a 24 handicap and although no equiptment can claim to be the reason for this I believe that the ball (and particularly the consistancy of sticking with this ball) has played... ...Tiscali called me and told me to switch my line rental to them as it would be free. THEY CALLED ME. They promised to contact BT to switch my line rental. They stopped sending me my bills by mail. I checked my bill online and it turns out they have been charging me for line rental on top of my broadband for 10 months. I phone up their premium rate tiscali customer services and they promise to send me a cheque refunding my line rental for 10 months. I then find out they did not contact BT whom I have also paid over £100 line rental on top of the tiscali line rental in the last 10 months. After no cheque arrives I recall premium rate customer services who tell me now that I need to send in proof of payment of my BT line rental. They never mentioned this before. They also tell me the case has been closed and I'm not getting refund... Read review

...I signed up for thjis viewbar program ages ago and never heard anothe rthing. For months they kept streaming test ads and promising they would soon be going live - in July perhaps. Well, July came and went and there were just promises of soon, don't worry. The months went on and it became we are waiting to put together a portfolio of ads - welll, we're still waiting and I've given up. It looked very promising at the start, all sorts of promises of exzcellent rates and good content, but there's been too many of these cowboys around. The trick as ever is not to place too much effort or faith in the program until you know it's paying and from the providers point of view, don't raise expectations until you know it works - it just gets everybody frustrated and annoyed. ...Appliance Direct promise cheap prices and a great delivery team who deliver your item straight to your door within a four hour time window and then unpack it and place it in your home. Sounds great. Some chance! My experience with them was pure hell. They promised to deliver my washing machine on a Friday between 10am and 2pm and connect it for an extra £19.99 and when by almost 3pm they hadn't delivered I contacted them only to be given the runaround. Numerous excuses were given and I was told they'd phone me back three times and each time I had to contact them. I was promised that it would be sorted on Monday, but again I had to do the chasing. Customer Service have a problem calling people back. It turned out they had handed my washing machine (Cost £314) to one cowboy courier who had handed it on to another... Read review

...Ok, so we all know that most moisturisers are expensive, making promises of healthier looking skin, so firming lotions make even bigger promises with a bigger price tag and although this product did moisturise and make my skin feel softer it did nothing to firm it at all. With the market full of these kind of products, it would definately be one that you would only end up trying once and never going back to again, just end up moving on to the next product promising softer skin, a firmer tone and younger looks. Overall, an ok product, but an over inflated price tag. Try it once but dont expect too much it is just an over priced mositerising cream not a firming lotion.... Read review

...The pill promises to regulate your periods so you know when you are going to get them but does it really work? I have been on the pill since I was 14 and in just hasnt worked. I have tried a variety of pill mercilon, marvelon, monofem, microgynon and all have given me the same result, unreliable periods. The doctors say they give you period free weekends but they dont. My pill finished on friday and I got my period on a wednesday, and they went on until the following wednesday. I think that absolutely stinks, they promise regular and reliable periods, not what I got! In addition to these unpredictable periods i got headaches, acne, put on weight and was in general miserable. All the side effects and stuff that go with these pills just arent worth the hassle in my opinion. Thank you... Read review

Still I had time to get her the "as promised" Ronan Keating CD, but only if a web site could deliver it quickly. With a recent copy of .net magazine in hand I looked up some CD stores on the web. My first stop was borroworrob.com, famous for being extremely cheap for new releases. The price was very good indeed, but unfortunately the delivery time was 7-10 days, which would be cutting it a bit fine. A few stops later I came back to Amazon.co.uk. Upon checking they had a very reasonable price, and held the CD in stock. They said that they could despatch this within 24 hours of ordering. A pretty big promise, but one I decided to take.
