For mellow and chilled music i recomend the REPUBLIC BIER HALLE on Gorden Street. I used to work there and know exactly what it has to offer. This bar is perfect for students and older people. ...This is one of the rare compilations CD’s that actually has something for everyone. I first heard this album in our 6th form common room, its blend of 90’s chart music, with classics from the 60’s 70’s and 80’s included. This album was released a couple of weeks after the TV showing of Cold Feet, a 30 something sitcom about a group of friends who are bored with their jobs, marriages and friends. The songs cover all genres from the rock beats of Republic’s Ready to go, to Dance hits such as Fat Boy Slim. For the slightly older audience there is songs they will remember being hits such as Dolly Parton Jolene. It even includes disco classics such as raining men by sister sledge. ...Knights Of The Old Republic is set hundreds of years before episode one. The plot of the game is very interesting and involves several twists and turns to try to sway you to the dark side. You begin on a planet called Taris after your ship comes under fire by the sith. As you slaughter your way through the game you reveal more and more secrets about your past and those within your party. As well as following the general plot there are various sub-missions available such as bounty hunting, ring duelling and various other work for people you meet. Because it is an RPG you are not compelled to follow a set pattern of events or go to places in level forms. ...I went to the North of the Dominican Republic to get married 4 months ago. It was the most beautiful place I have ever been to, and the best holiday we have had. We stayed at the Hotel Riu Merengue which in itself was paradise. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and obliging and the people of the Dominican were extremely friendly. The Dominican Republic is a beautiful country with a poor lifestyle. We went on a monster jeep safari trip which was excellent but we were amazed and saddened at the poverty but also glad to be able to see the country away from the tourism side, the real Dominican as it were. The weather was excellent, the beaches were gorgeous and the entertainment in our all inclusive hotel left other hotels we have visited, standing. I would recommend the Dominican Republic to anyone. You will be hard pressed... Read review

Advantages: Strong, well built, reliable, better than first Xbox controller, built in gadget to separate it from console in a slip-up.
Disadvantages: Too big for average hand size, heavy, impractical for RPG's

...it, but not enough thought has been put into it. What about small hands? are the two triggers very good for anything else but racing and shooting games? Last but not least, the d-pad is where the PS analog is, and vice versa. It really doesn't make sense. However, the triggers do rather rock when playing Halo, but not when playing Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. Another positive thing I found was that the cord was about 9 ft long, about 2 feet longer than the PS2's cord, meaning it is just right for those who have a big telly and have to sit a fair bit away from it. Overall, the Controller S is a mixed bag. It is not as good as the PS one, but for for people with big hands it is easily better than the Gamecube's.... Read review

Advantages: Very quiet, lovely architecture in the old town centre, the spring water is good for you
Disadvantages: Very little else to do except visit the spa, and it's definitely an acquired taste!

...That says it all really - this is one of the quietest and most sedate towns I have visited! I went to Marianske Lazne (also known sometimes by its German name, Marienbad) on the way back from a trip to Karlovy Vary, as these two towns are both famed for the revitalising powers of their famous hot springs. It is situated in western Bohemia, just 50 kilometres from the German border and about 30km to the south of Karlovy Vary. It is not on any main roads, so the journey will be quite slow and bumpy if you are travelling by car, and if you are really lucky you'll have a cement mixer block the entire road for 20 minutes while some workmen throw rocks into the river. Strange but true. The approaches to the town from the main road are not particularly welcoming, a feature that appears to be common to many towns in the Czech Republic - shoddy... Read review

.... You can swim for miles as the sea is so warm and shallow and it’s fun to sit near the rocks and watch the myriad of fish swim by. After your time is up, you then go back via speedboat to a coral reef a way out from the coastline, where you jump in and look for starfish – wonderful, as the sea in places is only knee and waist high! The speedboat ride is exhilarating to say the least, and one I thoroughly enjoyed – I thought I was with James Bond !! All in all we had a wonderful time then – but for me it just wasn’t as magical as Antigua, sorry Dominican Republic.... Read review

It makes me think of films like Highlander.
