Royal Canin Persian 1 to 10
Review of Royal Canin Persian 1 to 10 years by  Martinscholes

Advantages: Works really well, cats love it
Disadvantages: None

...Royal Canin Persian 1 to 10 is a special cat food that is designed for Persian cats between the ages of 1 to 10. It is specially designed and formulated by veterinary surgeons for Persian cats between those ages. The food is formulated to provide your Persian kitty with all of the nutrients and vitamins that they could possibly need. But it is more than that. Anyone who has kept a Persian cat knows the misery of hairballs. Royal Canin Persian 1 to 10 (otherwise known as Persian 30) is specifically designed to help alleviate the problems of hairballs before they even start. Most modern Persian cats have well-rounded heads and flatter faces than the standard Persian cats of yesteryear. As a result, Persian cats can find difficulty with eating. The shape of the individual pellets of Royal Canin Persian 1 to 10 is designed... Read review

Royal Canin are the best!
Review of Royal Canin Feline Nutrition by  amylovelace

Advantages: Complete food full of all needed nutrients - many varieties to choose from
Disadvantages: No variation in flavour, water is essential with dry food

...When I first decided to get a cat I did some research into the best diet for my cat. RECCOMMENDATIONS Online there is a lot of contradictory advice on whether to feed cats tinned / dry or complete. People try and tell you that cats need a varied diet... Royal Canin do not think this is the case - however, every now and then I will treat my cat to a little tinned food or tuna. Tinned is best for hiding tablets! My local pet shop reccommended Royal Canin above all others. They told me that it had the highest content of digestible product in it - and Royal Canin have done a lot of research into all of their products - they have been producing food since 1967. The shop even gave me a few free samples (which Royal Canin usually supply) so that I could see if my cat would like it or not. When I took my cat for his first vaccinations... Read review

Pussy's Prefer It.
Review of Royal Canin Feline Nutrition by  Bigbaz

Advantages: High nutrition value, aids clean teeth and gums &b the cats love it.
Disadvantages: None that I have found.

...Given that most cat food smells gross before consumption and even worse after consumption I was more than pleased to be given a sample of a dry food that was supposes to do neither when I first bought a Maine Coon cat. First I must tell you that the cat food reviewed here is Royal Canin Maine Coon 31, which is one of fourteen varieties that make up the Royal Canin feline nutrition range. This range has been specifically tailored to provide the correct nutritional requirements for three species of cat namely Siamese, Persian and Maine Coon, and also to cover foods for baby cats, kittens, indoor cats, mature cats and other types. Should you require further information on one of these foods I suggest you take a look at the Royal Canin website which is full of useful information. You may well ask why I consider that the Maine Coon... Read review

Good Food For Your Cat
Review of Royal Canin Feline Nutrition by  Procumbens

Advantages: Good variety for various conditions, natural products used
Disadvantages: A bit pricy especially if you want to buy a few different varieties at the one time

...I have 4 cats and sometimes I found that after using a complete cat food a few times they would start turning their noses up at it and it would be wasted. One day I was in a specialist Pet Store and they were giving away samples of the Royal Canin Feline Nutrition food, and I was given a few sample packets to try. When I fed these to my cats they ate them at the rate of sound so consequently I went back to the shop and bought some. I have one particularly "fussy eater" so I bought her the biscuits for Fussy Cats which she loved. Another of my cats was having trouble with excema, and Royal Canin have a variety for Hair and Skin. After feeding this, she hasn't had anymore trouble. Another variety I have used is one for Indoor cats which has less calories in it than for outdoor cats and as my cats are indoors I find this really useful... Read review

Fit & Sensible with a little Kitten thrown in.
Review of Royal Canin Feline Nutrition by  dracoiratus

Advantages: Relatively odor free and keeps well
Disadvantages: Seems expensive

...I currently have three cats and have had two others in the time I've been feeding them with Royal Canin cat food and they've all thrived on it. I discovered Royal Canin about 4 years ago at the National Cat Show at Olympia where I purchased a small bag of the Fit variety to try out on my cats. At the time, they were on Iams dry food but they were showing signs of getting bored with it despite the different flavours available. Whenever you change your pets' food, it's always advisable to introduce the new food gradually, so this I did over a period of several days, giving them a mixture of old and new with an increasing amount of the new food and less of the old food, until they were solely eating the new stuff. I noticed a difference in their eating habits straight away, they were much more keen on the new biscuits and started... Read review

Hills Canine R/D Prescription Diet
Review of Hills Canine by  aliclare

Advantages: proven weight loss
Disadvantages: very expensive

...Hills Canine Prescription R/D We were prescribed this diet by our vet for our 4 year old Labrador, who to be honest has got quite porky recently. What does it do? The R/D diet is designed to manage your dogs weight and can produce significant weight loss in dogs as it is low in calories. Weight gain in dogs is usually caused by an increase in body fat, which is usually caused by being greedy and eating too much food and also lack of exercise. The R/D prescription diet provides a complete diet with balanced nutrition so your dog receives all the nutrients it needs to be healthy while losing weight. R/D is low in calories, but high in fibre which keeps your dog satisfied for longer while dieting. The food is rich in 'L-carnitine' to help burn fat while increasing muscle during the diet. It also contains antioxidants... Read review

Kinder maxi! Maxi taste and fabulous!
Review of Kinder Maxi by  annatrixie

Advantages: Great creamy taste, quite cheap, better value than a kinder egg!!
Disadvantages: Very moreish and a little bit small. (Buy the family pack of 16!!)

...I love Kinder Eggs! They are one of the best chocolate products in the world! Being 22, I sometimes feel a little foolish buying a Kinder Egg with a small toy inside from our local shop but I must admit it is becoming a little bit of an obsession! When down at Tesco a week ago I was on the sweety aisle and when reaching for the usual Kinder Egg I saw a box saying "Kinder Maxi" on the front, so I gave them a try!!! Kinder originated in Italy in 1974 when the chocolate company Ferrero decided to expand and launched some new products aimed at children. The Kinder range includes:- Kinder Bueno, Kinder Surprise, Kinder chocolate, Kinder Schoko-Bons and Kinder Maxi. The entire Kinder range is great, the chocolate is really creamy, tasty and fabulous but my new persoanl favourite is Kinder Maxi. It is a small bar measuring approx... Read review

Maxi Cosi Minimum Fuss.
Review of Maxi-Cosi Cabrio Car Seat by  FloAmsDad

Advantages: Fits Bugaboo Frog Pushchair, Mid-Range Price, Easy to install.
Disadvantages: Strap for tightening harness can be tricky when fitted in car.

...The Maxi Cosi Cabrio is a Group0 (0-13kg) rear facing baby seat which is easy to install and not too heavy. The handle bar has three positions - upright for carrying and travelling in the car, midway so the seat can rock when not in the car and fully down behind so the seat does not rock when on the floor. The imminent arrival of twins and a day trip to John Lewis faced us with a bewildering choice of baby seats, which I had basically decided on pre purchase research was going to be a Britax seat of sorts. All the pre purchase research was binned when my wife decided on the day that we were going to buy a (did I say "a"?, sorry should have been "some") Bugaboo Frog pushchair system (see review elsewhere), and this system's car seat solution was(exclusively) a Maxi Cosi car seat and adaptor. So the only decision was then "What colour... Read review

Forget kinder suprise, this is kinder Maxi
Review of Kinder Maxi by  tracy2002

Advantages: Good size for children, soft and moreish
Disadvantages: as with any chocolate calories

...Kinder Maxi, Have you ever heard of it? I hadn't until today when I opened the box which we put our chocolate biscuits in and there it was!! Believe it or not (after all these chocolate ops I have done recentley) I have not been eating as much as I used to. This being something new to me I think it would be disrepectful of me not to try this!! So, Kinder Maxi, is a small bar 10 and a half centimetres long and aprox 2 centimeters wide. So as you can tell much smaller than your average bar of chocolate. The wrapper is a shiny plastic wrapper in kinder colours, orange and white. With the words 'Kinder chocolate' and in big light blue letters 'Maxi'. The bar is 21g. It has a list of ingredients but these are not to be listed on here. The wrapper really does not give much away about this product to be honest. I have no idea... Read review

Maxi Cosi Priori XP Car Seat
Review of Maxi Cosi Priori Toddler Car Seat by  clairebette

Advantages: Stylish, Easy to Install, Easy to get baby in and out.
Disadvantages: Straps can be hard to loosen/tighten.

...We chose this seat as we had the maxi cosi cabriofix when our son was newborn and got on really well with it. Installed in about 10 minutes - I wouldn't want to move it from car to car a lot but I think that relates to all forward facing seats not just this one. Baby loves facing forward as there is so much more to see and its really easy getting him in and out. The mechanism to loosen and tighten the straps can be a bit tricky to use, but I think this was the same with our other seat and loosened after time. We tried baby in a more padded seat at a shop and he looked rather restricted and uncomfortable. This seat feels safe (reassuring manufacturer name) but also seems to give baby a bit of freedom. The recline is really smooth and although he's only been out in in three times he has fallen asleep twice ! The other good thing... Read review
