...I do believe that starving yourself with these "meal replacement" drinks is a stupid idea but when it's all you got....what you gonna do? *WHAT DO YOU DO?* You put two scoops (in the box) of nutraslim mix in to your measuring jug then you add 250ml of semi-skimmed milk and then mix and then drink! *TASTE* I always drink the chocolate supreme flavor, I think it is the best flavor because I have tried the other two and they don't taste that nice. You can get Strawberry and Banana as well. *EFFECTIVENESS* I was losing 4 pounds a week and then it started slipping; I mean it doesn't say anything on the box about eating a huge bar of chocolate in between your meal replacements! Advantages: Two of their very best studio albums

Their sequence of chart-toppers was abruptly broken with their next single, the delightful Nothing But Heartaches. A catchy confection of Pop and traditional black Rhythm And Blues, the track all the more surprisingly dipped at No.11 - certainly a respectable position which a lot of artists at that time would have killed for, but a major disappointment when their previous five singles had raced their way to pole position. ...I just recently bought a large red devil. A bagless dirt devil vacume cleaner to be precice. It is bagless, dustless, not so much noisless. The bagless dirt devil is 1500 wat powerfull devil. It speeds through your carpets and leves them clean and well brushed. The dirt box is as easy to remove as lifting your kettle. It has a nifty dust box which has a pop open filter for ewasy cleanning. It comes with free set of filters and is a jazzy bright red. The only problem I found is it needs more froquent emptying as it lifts dirt from deep down in your carpets. It supports on board tools and has a tough easy stretch hose for stairs. a slim crivice tool for all theose hard to reach places. Advantages: Sound, Power, Clarity, No Distortion

...amplification, these speakers give an awesome performance. The sound is clear, the bass thumps, the vocals stand out, and I have yet to give them a music genre where they don't outperform anything I have ever used before. Whether it's Sinatra or Sash! these speakers give it their all. The tweeters are multi directional units, and come with a variety of fittings so you can put them in your door cards, your dash, wherever you feel like. Mine are fitted in my door cards, where the winders would be on a car without electric windows, and do a supreme job of lifting the sound up into the car. And what's more, they are perfectly suited to the 5.5" speakers in the door pods. The crossovers look brilliant and would make a great feature if ICE installs for show are your thing.
