...I do believe that starving yourself with these "meal replacement" drinks is a stupid idea but when it's all you got....what you gonna do? *WHAT DO YOU DO?* You put two scoops (in the box) of nutraslim mix in to your measuring jug then you add 250ml of semi-skimmed milk and then mix and then drink! *TASTE* I always drink the chocolate supreme flavor, I think it is the best flavor because I have tried the other two and they don't taste that nice. You can get Strawberry and Banana as well. *EFFECTIVENESS* I was losing 4 pounds a week and then it started slipping; I mean it doesn't say anything on the box about eating a huge bar of chocolate in between your meal replacements! A catchy confection of Pop and traditional black Rhythm And Blues, the track all the more surprisingly dipped at No.11 - certainly a respectable position which a lot of artists at that time would have killed for, but a major disappointment when their previous five singles had raced their way to pole position. He was raving over them, how well they were made, how weighty the magnet was, how good the aftersales was, and given that I like my sounds in my car, I was more than willing to give them a try. Now they are classed as expensive, even by audio magazines, but I have been brought up to believe you get what you pay for, and with Bostons what you pay for is supreme sounds and power. ...~FIRST IMPRESSIONS~ On fist look at this guitar, when i saw it in the shop i did think it was a beautiful... copy. It has the same double cutaway design as a regular SG however, unlike many Gibson SG guitars, which feature the sunburst (red and yellow) or black finnish, this one had a rich blue wood stain. I imediatly fell in love with the colour it was something i hadn't seen in Gibson before it stood out from other Gibson guitars yet still had, for those of you label addicts out there, a nice silver gibson logo on the headstock. The guitar, though i got it in blue, is also avalible in yellow/red and green. ~CLOSER INSPECTION~ Well down to the basic facts. Its got gold hardware. Four knobs, two tome two volume. There are five milk based shakes to choose from, theses are: Banana deluxe, French vanilla, Strawberry Supreme, Chocolate Royale and Coffee delight. The price of these is approx £1.19 per can. Each shake is packed with more vitamins and minerals than a typical lunch, so you can control your weight and still get great balanced nutrition. The magazine has roughly 120 pages and I really like the fact that there are not many adverts. Each month the magazine features inspirational real life stories of members who have lost weight and often changed the way they live as a result. ...no matter what type of diet anyone does, it takes time for the weight to come off. I signed up at Ciao when I read a review by Sternschnuppe2002 and his review of Slimfast called , "Slim fast or Slim Slowly". When i read this review I began thinking about my own weight lost by slim fast. I am 17 years old and started SlimFast a few months ago and I have 25 pounds by drinking a shake in the morning, a bar at lunch, a sensible dinner, healthy snacks and excerise as well.
