...Now you wouldnt really expect that there was that much to say about what is after all just a bib, but when I actually sat down and thought about it I came up with quite a lot. Most new babies are really messy when it comes to feeding and as most parents will know, in one end, out the other and covered in it in between seems to be all that new babies are about. For any non-parent who may be reading this dont worry as this stage doesnt usually last too long. Well just long enough for you to have become mildly addicted to some substance, whether it be food, caffine or alcohol is up to you! ...I have a vast collection of babies and toddlers bibs, but the ones I am using most at the moment are the Tommee Tippee Roll 'n' Go. Incidentally, I am using them for my toddlers, not myself! The main reason is ease of cleaning because I got fed up of putting cloth bibs into the washing machine all the time. Tommee Tippee Roll 'n' Go Bibs are a rubber textured bib with a scoop to catch spillages. They have 4 holes on the neck for adjustment. They are designed for children from 4 months upwards. They will even fit around my neck on the smallest adjustment! There are soft rubber dimples on the back which is meant for comfort. Price -------- I purchased mine from Tesco for £2.97 each. We now have a jolly collection of a red one, a purple one and a blue one! They are very good value as they do not seem to wear out and are used... Read review

Extra screw tops can be bought from the Tommee Tippee website if you need more. I also noticed a breastfeeding starter kit on the website with bottles, bibs and breastpads as well as the pump for a good price. It's implied that you can freeze milk in the bottles, but is not made clear - the lids are suitable for freezing but no mention in the literature or website if this is the case. I'd recommend this pump to any mum who wishes to have some extra milk onhand, and also to those who are pushed for space as it comes with the compact steriliser.... Read review

...I decided to purchase this bib, when kieran became 7mths. He had started trying to grab the spoon, so we ended up with more food on his bib than in his mouth. My washing machine was not impressed. It had never done so much washing. I already had a normal pvc one, but found this was hurting his neck. I felt guilty everytime i put it on him. So when i saw this i jumped at it!! I couldn't believe how soft it was. I showed my partner the bib in excitement. He couldn't see what i was getting all excited about. But then he can't get enthusiastic about any thing that hasn't got four wheels and an engine. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ What kind of bib is this? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is a round the neck scoop bib. ...Tomme Tippee Bottle brush When choosing a bottle brush to wash your babies bottles it is not exactly something that you are really bothered about as long as it cleans the bottles thats all that matters. I purchased a Tommee tippee Bottle brush it is double ended so there is a little brush on the opposite end for the teats which i find very useful for £2.49. But after two weeks of using the bottle brush it snapped in half i thought i had been using too much elbow grease and went and bought another one exactly the same thing happened about 6 weeks later this time, again went and bought another one, I gave up buying the tommee tippee bottle brush after the 9th one as they all snapped everytime. Even though the brush does give you the desired effect and gets the bottle gleaming it is not very durable.... Read review

...Had these bottles as part of the Tommee Tippee sterlising kit. Was really disspointed with them as firstly the top did not always screw on properly thus allow milk to leak from the bottle and go all over the feeder and the baby. I used them with the nubby teats and they had to be changed far too frequently as they became very thin. Would not recommend these bottles to new mothers at all. The heat sensor soon wears away too. I did write to Tommee Tippee and they asked me to return all the bottle for them to test, this was obviously something I could not do as I would not have been able to feed the baby. So i ended up going to ASDA and buying their own brand bottle for half the price and have had no trouble with them.... Read review

...Tommee Tippee Bottle and Teat Brush Most of my bottles are Tommee Tippee but I do also have some Avent bottles to use along side. Before sterilisation you always need to clean the bottles and teats in warm soapy water and give them a good scrub using a bottle brush. I have gone through a fair few since having Jack but I think that this particular Tommee Tippee one has lasted me the best. It cost a little more than the usual bog standard cheap brushes that I normally stick to buying but as my local Boots had run out of the cheap ones I was forced to buy a more expensive Tommee Tippee one at a price of about £3 which is about three times as much as I would usually pay.
