Disadvantages: Too short for 36' leg trousers by around 1-2 inches

...The is a very sturdy trouser press. Once turned on, it has a self timer and will turn itself off after a certain length of time. One downside is that i am a very tall - 6ft 5 and so my trousers do not fully fit into the press by about 2 inches. But that is the best i can get, apart from getting the iron out. On the rear of the device is a hanger to put your jacket on which is also detachable. On the top of the machine are 2 trays to put your loose change and keys from your pockets of your trousers before you put them in the press. The metal bar you use to release the arm that presses the trousers is easy to use and presses the trousers well onto the heated other side. Overall, i rate this item 8/10 I hope this helps.... ...I would just like to say how much I love topshop. I went just recently and tried buying trousers from there. I have a big problem getting trousers because I am extremely tall and it goes baggy in odd places and just doesn't look right. Well I tried the trousers there and they were brilliant. They have a special range for taller people and it's just brilliant. I would recommend it to anyone who has trouble finding trousers that fit. I believe they also have a petite range, but I'm not sure what it's like. It's pretty cheap there to compared to a lot of shops around, and it's good quality stuff too.... Read review

...Well being as I am currently poor as a mouse, shops like Mark one are excellent for getting fasionable clobber on a shoe string budget. I mostly buy items that are in the sale-I've bought many a pair of trousers with prices rangeing from £7.00-£15.00 Including bootleg jeans,smart black trousers and a lovely pair of boot cut cords. The trousers actually come up quite long,I'm inside leg 32 and the trousers are usually long enough and more for me.My sisters are taller then myself aprox 5ft 9/10 and they have also managed to find trousers in there on occasion. The trousers go up to a size about 24 in the big section-and in my experience are sized quite genorously. Mark one has one major let down for me..................... ...06/10/03 - Update: I have managed to find belts in Mothercare as part of a new range for autumn/winter - all has a military feel, but is ideal for the job. We have even managed to get some trousers with belt loops. Right then, this is more of a general rant than an op but here goes. I have a two year old son (lovely kid) and we have a problem. He is above average height for his age and quite skinny (always on the go). The problem we have is that none of his trousers fit. They are all long enough but the waist is too large on the trousers. years ago this would not be a problem, you would just buy one of them snazzy elastic belts with the two 's' shapes to join together and hey presto all sorted. ...What shape do M & s buyers think children are? Recently I have bought grey school trousers for my 2 sons.One is seven and the other four and a half years old. Both are average or slightly above average height and neither are over weight , in fact slightly the reverse. I bought trousers marked aged seven for a seven year old (suprise, suprise) and aged five for a four and a half year old.I thought that this was fairly sensible but I had not reckoned with the logic of M and S. The aged 7 trousers had to be shortened by an inch and the aged 5 had to have an inch and a half cut off the bottom before they were hemmed. I then, thinking I had sussed it out , moved down to the next age group and, lo and behold , the lengths were perfect. Unfortunantly the width was not. ...I am 19 and quite tall at 5ft 10inches, so I have trouble finding trousers to fit length-wise. The majority of shops have trousers with a length of 31inches and they call that 'longer length.' Well, it's not. Miss Selfridge stocks trousers for taller girls and on top of that they are very modern. Their clothes are clothes that probably aren't found anywhere else, although copies of them will be. Their stock ranges from ordinary tops and trousers to more hip and trendy clothes and also some which I would never wear. The quality is very good and I know when I buy clothes there that I can take them back if they develop a fault within a year, unlike a major women's clothes shop which says that you have 3 months to return them if they become faulty, and after that time they do not want to know. ...I came across this site looking for some smartish trousers. Their selection was good, and the site seemed easily navigable. However, when you start to browse this site, it can become confusing that they mix up the brand selections and the product descriptions when browsing. For example you can search (through the links on the left hand side) for Levi products, and you can also search by 'jeans' and it is not guaranteed by any means that they will overlap where they should. You will not find all the Levi jeans in the 'jeans' section. However, once you have your head around the navigation the selection on offer is very good. You have many types of trousers to filter through, and most come in a decent assortment of sizes (however, they do not all come in the same sizes, and certain brands although numerically the same size have proven...
