They will get fit in no time! No excuse not to excersize now!! It is a superb machine! Will last absolutely forver! It is deffinetly like something you would find in a suave health club as it is such good quality and it certianly looks it! We received this fabulous machine only a matter of weeks ago and already all of our 6 family members have toned up and become addicted to the excersize. The cross-trainer comes in a box of dis-assembled peices. It also includes a well detailed, thick instruction booklet and a small booklet on the instructions to use when assembling. ...In a bid to lose a few pounds after uni (too much alcohol & too many takeaways) I was looking for a good all round exercise machine, and elliptical trainers were recommended by some friends. "Why?" I enquired. "The answer is simple" came the reply, "they are a great cardiovascular work out and the pedals mimic the body's natural movements when running, so essentially you are running, but there is no impact - saving your joints and bones!" "Genius!" I replied. And so my quest to buy a machine began. After looking at a variety of makes and models, I decided upon the York 3100 Elliptical Trainer & Cycle. ..., far from being a scientific genius, was a prototype spin doctor, who was able to bully and cajole his place into scientific history by a rather unpleasant combination of exaggeration, buster and even lying if the circumstances warrant it. The book is made up of ten essays by Waller. In the introduction The Past Really is Another Country, he points out that the reason that other scientists did nor believe that Copernicus was right in 1534 when he stated that the planets orbited the sun was because he believed the planets orbited the sun in perfect circles, not the elliptical orbits that they actually follow. In short, other scientists did not believe him because his theory did not fit the observed facts, which the Aristotelian theory did, even though it was eventually proven to be wrong The book will be of great interest to students... Advantages: Lovely smooth chocolate with a contrast of a crunchy outside, good package design

...Ah ha....now that Ciao have decided to introduce the Food and Beverage section I thought what a great time it would be to write about what has got to be the greatest chocolate snack on earth! The humble Minstrel....mmmm....how innocent it looks on leaving the pack! Just a crunchy looking brown elliptical shell on the outside. But on the inside an absolutely gorgeously smooth chocolate taken from its sister chocolate, the Galaxy bar. Now heres something you chocolate lovers out there might want to try! Put a pack of Minstrels on a microwavable saucer. Got a clue when I said MICROWAVABLE?? Now, put the saucer and its contents into the microwave for just 10 seconds. Thats all it needs.
