...I bought this TV after looking at many TVs,. I would recommend this TV for anyone who wants to get the best out of DVD's. The most shocking feature of this TV is that the screen is perfectly flat and has an amazingly vivid and colourful picture. The 100Hz processing dose not cause any artifacts or motion blur. It also has excellent sound but I would still recommend running it through a Hifi. A usfull feature of this TV is that it caches the pages on teletext so you can step through them. The TV comes with a stand with tinted glass windows that intergrates with the TV seamlessly. Panasonic‘s Tau TV' are similar but I prefer the Sony.... Read review

Advantages: Fantastic Picture Quality, and sound
Disadvantages: The box in which this product comes in is far too big

...I have recently purchased this exact model for my home, and what can I say. I have had a few LCD Tvs in the past, but this is hands down the best I have ever purchased. Samsung are by far the best retailers in most electronics, and there new LE 40 R LCD Tv model is no exception. I was in two minds whether to go for this Tv, or another popular brand, after much deliberation I decided to go with the Samsung, and I am exstatic that I did. The picture quality on this Tv is phenomenal. Vibrant colours, no displacement of pixels, and more importantly, no fuzziness which some LCD Tvs can give. The sound quality of this product is again unbelievable. With choices of various sound settings, there is eomthing for everyone when it comes to sound. With added option of being either wall mounted, or situated on a stand, this Tv is extremely versatile... Read review

...under the screen it also comes with a stand and wall brackets. The speakers are at the bottom of the television all the way across, so they are nice and loud. Also when you turn the television a blue light comes on just below the LOGIK in white writing. Overall this television has to get a 5 / 5 for looks and picture quality, For a brand i dont hear much about this television is a great TV.... Read review

...This television is a good looking one, it has the same design as the bigger more expensive ones. Many other smaller LCD televisions look like PC monitors, so if you are conscious about how you want your television to look then this may be a good option. It is a reasonably small unit which menas that it can be placed in most rooms. The stand that comes with it is well made and also slides back in order fo the television to be mounted onto the wall. But this can be tricky at times. Setting up the television is simple and the instructions are relatively easy to use. One of the downsides is the small amount of scart sockets, there are only 2 which is not good if you plan to attach a large amount of extras.
