My tips for your foot care
Review of Yves Rocher Lavender Foot Cream by  Priyat

Advantages: This is a cooling cream for tired feet
Disadvantages: none

...Our feet are probably the most neglected part in our body! They carry our body whereever we want to go and hence need utmost care! Pedicures are the ultimate pampering for your feet! They are also a great way to relax your feet . You are doing lot of walking , running etc to go everywhere in your day today life , and the feet which enables you to do all this should be taken care of properly! Tired feet will get refreshed with a herbal bath. You can place your feet in a bowl of water with the juice of one or two lemons and soak your feet atleast for half an hour. Warm water will be fine. You can rub the nails with the inside rind of lemon to remove any impurity stuck in . Feet contain sweat glands. So, you can use an antiperspirant on them too. It keeps smelly bacteria to a minimum! Whenever I felt my feet required some... Read review

Feet treats
Review of Remington Whirl Foot Spa by  ElizaDanby

Advantages: A real luxury, easy to clean and maintain
Disadvantages: Flimsy packaging

...My Remington Foot Spa was a birthday present following my mnay moans on sore feet after a day shelf stacking at Sainsburys. I was a student at the time and such luxuries were not going to enter my budget. The spa comes with four beautifully scented treatments to be used, full instructions and a foot pumice. I waited until a time when my feet ached badly before using the spa for the first time. Just having my feet in warm scented water was a treat enough, but once switched on, it was even better. The spa has two functions - whirl and massage, which can be used seperately, together and at two different speeds. After twenty minutes, my feet were completely revived. I could have sat there all night but it is recommended that 20 minutes is the maximum time. I would recommend this to anyone whether they have sore feet or not... Read review

Pamper your tootsies
Review of Remington Aroma Footspas by  flooda

Advantages: Great for easing sore, tired feet
Disadvantages: Can't think of any

...I work in the hospitality industry, and spend long periods of time on my feet and walking around. At the end of a long day, they often feel like two lumps of meat that have been pummelled by a butcher. Hot, sweaty, swollen, and uncomfortable. But when I get home or into my hotel then I have a marvellous Remington Aroma foot spa (model F7027) that is guaranteed to ease the discomfort of my aching tootsies. The water is always just the right temperature because it’s controlled by a thermostat, and it has two moulded rests for your feet. You can’t overfill it and cause a mess when you turn it on as it has a fill marker. It has little massage pads on the bottom, which gently massage your feet with a pleasant and soothing sensation. There are two speeds, fast and slow, so you can choose whether you want a gentle or more vigorous... Read review

Lovely feet - Overnight
Review of Boots Botanics Overnight Foot Treatment by  em_moreton

Advantages: Works really well, does the job
Disadvantages: DOn't forget the socks - can gloop your bed up

...This stuff is great. Just slather loads of it on, stick your feet in a pair of socks (preferably cotton but sports socks are great too) and in the morning you will find that a minor miracle has occured - feet which won't scratch your bedmate if you rub them down their leg, feet which won't sound as though you have sandals on when you are walking on the kitchen floor, when you dont' actually have sandals on. My feet are a bit scaly and dry at the best of times and now that summer approaches, the dreaded unveiling is fast drawing near. My Winter state feet will not do in strappy sandals - oh no. So in Spring I reach for the cream that I know will help me solve my scary foot problem. If, like me you have very dry feet, it may take two or three applications to work but after that - once a week and you are taken care of. It's lovely... Read review

BUBBLE MY TOOTSIES.
Review of Remington sole soother footspa by  thingywhatsit

Advantages: Sooths and relaxes.
Disadvantages: Not used enough to justify purchase.

...this. There are two little accupressure massagers for each foot, and when you put your feet into the spa, you feel a kind of funny tingle run through your feet as the bubbles caress your aching bits and begin to lose their aches and pains. This isn't a pain reducing machine in its specs, but it really does relax tired feet, and as mine ache rather a lot, I found it was relaxing and refreshing, and made my feet feel feminine, as well as softening the skin on the sole of my feet enough to pumice and remove. This is quite a neat little foot spa, a little noisy when running which spoils things a bit but the infra red heat really does sooth aches. There are four massage attachments that come with the machine for pumicing, massaging, and exfoliating plus the acupressure massager, and as far as these are concerned, the exfoliating brishes were... A complete relaxation experience
Review of Remington Aroma Footspas by  lamoon1

Advantages: Completely relaxing
Disadvantages: Quite noisy

...I had with it was trying to get my 3 year old granddaughter away from it so I could get MY feet in You can vary the effects by making your own oil blends if you're into aromatherapy - it's great when you've got a cold. It should be used for a maximum of 20 minutes which is ideal coz you can 'spa' your feet for 20 minutes then, after the water and oil have done their job, use the pumice on hard skin then pop your feet back in for a minute or two. Dry them and voila; soft, refreshed, fresh smelling feet. It's easy to empty after use, too. just lift the lid off and empty the spa into the sink. A quick rinse and wipe out and it's ready for the next time This foot spa comes highly recommended. It was worth every penny and gets lots of use... Read review

No more manky feet!
Review of Boots Flexitol Heal Balm by  Looby5

Advantages: Does the job
Disadvantages: Expensive

...price to pay if it actually works and gives me nice soft heals. It has no significant perfume that I could detect and I had high hopes in terms of results. Did it Work? Well the instructions say to apply morning and night, which I did for a couple of weeks and there was a marked improvement. After the two weeks I fell into applying it just after my bath or shower in the evening and the results were just as good, though for that price I expected almost a miracle cure I think. I have a small amount left in the tube now and when it’s gone I don’t think I will buy another immediately, but I will carry on giving my feet the same amount of attention that this product has got me into doing and see if I get the same results with a cheaper moisturising product. This is a very rich and absorbent product and does do what it claims, though I suspect... Read review

Treat your feet!
Review of Scholl pedispa center by  treley

Advantages: Relaxing, soothing, easy to use, not expencive.
Disadvantages: The cat is scared of it!

...Feet. You use them everyday; they are always there for you, supporting you, helping to balance, helping you get from A to B. But how much thanks do they get? They are there to help you stand up in the shower, with out them, your love for shoes would be pointless! May-be they occasionally get the treatment of a plaster and some cream when you have really punished them, or a hot steamy soak in the bath after a 5 mile hike… why not give them the treat they need?? The Scholl Pedispa! Within 30 seconds of getting this box though my door I was filling it with water and reading the instructions. With in two minuets my feet felt like they were in heaven! The Scholl Pedispa Centre has got to be the best of its kind, and at £19.99 it is well worth the investment. Mine was bought from Macro, but stockist include large chemists and Scholl them... Don't shop here under any circumstances
Review of twoleftfeet.co.uk by  frustratedandangry

Advantages: Their prices are better than Mothercare but this doesn't help when service and delivery are so poor
Disadvantages: Customer care is the worst I have ever had to endure and I expect worse to come.

...Having had a problem with two left feet before, I should have known better but ordered a car seat from the website in the first week of December 05. It would be difficult to fault their efficiency in taking my money as it was removed the day of order but today (11 April 2006) I don't have the car seat or my money. Two left feet have no interest in communicating with you after they have your money, staff won't help on the phone and a three day response to emails is incredibly frustrating. In my case this frustration was compounded by staff repeatedly telling me I would get the product "next week" when they must have known this would not be the case. Out of sheer desperation I recently purchased the same model I had ordered from two left feet from Mothercare. It cost me £40 more but they fitted it in two cars, offered informed opinion... Sweet or sour your feet
Review of Everything that starts with Q ... by  jeannie

Advantages: see op
Disadvantages: see op

...out feeling that your walking on air. The chiropodist at the health see's me aswell, but they are cutting back( he he ) on funding so only certain one's get there's done. He is alway's saying he wishe,s people were much kinder to their feet by buying shoes for comfort rather than style. He is a chiropodist with a great sense of humour, and has you laughing all the time. He came out of his room one day and just sat amongst everyone and took all the magazines and paper's and threw them up in the air, I asked him why did you do that he said they are to quiet. I had my ingrowing toe nail taken out just before christmas. The same man did it, and the thing that hurt most was the two injection's, well what did I do I just giggled all the way through it. I have one big toe nail left, could do with another giggle he he. Well do you look after... Read review
