Advantages: Great tasting, cheap!

...I've been experimenting with Tesco value products for some time now, since the prices of basically everything has been going up, and have found the value range a good way to cut costs in the supermarket. I've been very pleased with the majority of Tesco value items that I have bought, not at all what I expected, and the Tesco Value Milk Chocolate Digestives are no exeption. The Tesco Value Milk Chocolate Digestives are made from wheat flour, milk chocolate (23%), vegetable oil, sugar, wholemeal wheat flour, glucose-fructose syrup, raising agents and salt. Each biscuit contains 85 calories (4% of your recommended daily allowance), 4.5g of sugar (5%), 3.9g of fat (6%) and 0.1g of salt (2%). Advantages: Terrific value for money
Disadvantages: Only three flavours

...The Tesco Value (blue and white packaging) Assorted Crisps come in a 12 multi-pack for 59p, that is just under 5p a packet. These are about the best value for money crisps on the market and I have to say they are delicious. They are not over-flavoured and every packet I have eaten have always been fresh, not stale and soggy unlike some other value brand crisps, even though they are not packaged in foil bags. Disadvantages are that they only come in three flavours Ready Salted, Cheese and Onion and Salt and vinegar and the bags are quite small at 20g each. For a quick snack though I recommend grabbing a multi-pack and trying for yourself, also excellent to pop in the childrens lunch boxes.... Read review

Advantages: makes the games look better
Disadvantages: expensive, a little cheeky by nintendo

...When the expansion pack was released i paid little attention to it and felt as if it was a mere scam by nintendo to get more money out of us. I still feel that nintendo could have done more to make this upgrade cheaper or changed the cartridges. However, with games such as donkey kong 64, which was how i came about my expansion pack i did put some value into this extra as it did enhance the graphics and gameplay of a super game in its own right. Certainly not perfect by far but it does have its uses, and including it with dk64 was a good idea. ~chris... Read review
