The feeling of isolation, and an argument with an aggressive local at a remote fill-up station suggests that our trio may be out of their depth should they hit serious trouble of any kind. The transition in mood begins once the group reach their first destination, Wolf Creek. The film starts to take on a more menacing air. The fine weather enjoyed so far has now turned to rain and there is distant thunder around. After a wet 3 hour hike, the trio return to their car to leave, but it won't start, and they are stranded many miles from any help. ...Wolf's rain is a japanese animation (anime) that was first released in 2003. It is twenty-six episodes long but there are four Original video animations (OVA's) that came out sometime after the series ended.These OVA's were released to give viewers a more conclusive end to the series. It is directed by Tensai Okamaru who has worked on popular animes such as "Neon genesis evangellion" and "Cowboy Bebop". The anime studio BONES produced the series. ..., please. Don't have to take him for such long walks in the rain) Next came the giggle. Now that freaked me out. Who was giggling? Was someone hacking into my computer and causing all this? Just about to turn the possessed pc off when I heard the noise again. Then it dawned on me. It's ciao!! Boy was I red faced. All I can say is that I am thankful that there was no-one in the house when all this was happening. I must say that these sound effects have excellent timing. When I read anything that makes me smile, I hear the giggles. When I am thinking of something funny to say in some of the comments I get the dog barking, which ruins my concentration. As for the wolf whistles, keep them coming. My hubby thinks I have some control over the sounds and everytime I say something nice to him on comes the wolf whistle. All in all, I like... Read review

...this movie made me imagine what would it be like, if i were a werewolf. not a blood-thirsty hound, but a sensitive and passionate wolf. he can use it, he can abuse it, he can and he will suffer from it. the werewolves from horror movies are so funny comparing with this drama. mr.nicholson at his best, james spader and ms.pfeiffer as well. what makes me not to give this movie a 10 is the final fight between both werewolves, which was a kind of going back to the old horror werewolf style, but the epilogue with michelle pfeiffer's eyes becoming eyes of a wolf is truly an impressive experience... ...on The Sun Always Shines.., while October and The Soft Rains Of April touched upon a more ethereal ambience. Again comprising 10 tracks, only the rather throwaway Maybe Maybe and the forgettable, formulaic We're Looking For The Whales let the album down. Commercially, the lightweight (and rather irritating, it has to be said) Cry Wolf saved the day, becoming one of the biggest hits during that winter. A third single - the fragmented and almost Beatle-esque Manhattan Skyline - fell short of the Top 10 in March 1987, the first A-ha release so to do. It was in fact the album's highlight, deftly incorporating a variety of melodic and lyrical themes into one schizophrenic masterpiece. Scoundrel Days does suffer from the "difficult second album" syndrome to some extent (side two loses its way slightly), but it's the sound of a band not content... Read review

.......was just having a rummage through all my old Aha stuff and came across TWO copies of this album! Must have been keen!! It was produced in 1986..and is a cracker!! More atmospheric than the more poppy Hunting High and Low..and definately more rocking! All the songs are written by (most produced by) Mags and Pal (who also seems to have changed to Paul of late..). There are the trademark little chirpy numbers that bounce along (usually written by 'prankster' Mags)..in this case 'Maybe Maybe'..with the immortal line..' I knew that it was over when you chucked me out the Rover'...ahem..But the best track has got to be..'Ive Been Losing You'..watch out for the 'pretend' ending, it fooled many a dj when it was a single. Its completely rocking and a rival to The Sun Always Shines on TV. Cry Wolf (wooo...oooo)...is a catchy one that will have... Read review
