I thought the fat was quite high and so were the calories considering it is a quarter of the advised daily intake. The actual wrap itself looks very appetising. It is in an orange coloured tomato tortilla wrap and inside it is stuffed with cooked chicken breast, with lettuce, onion and mixed leaf and Caesar salad dressing. In case of anyone suffering from allergies they state on the back that the wrap contains milk, wheat, gluten, egg, fish and mustard. Also it contains no nuts but can’t guarantee no nut traces. ...SUMMARY This is a truly scrumptious wrap- it makes a lovely change to have a wrap rather than a sandwich. I used to have these a lot- i hadnt had one for a while, then my friend bought me one and i remembered how lovely it was. We were on the train, going to Birmingham to the Good Food Show in June and my friend had brought us sandwiches for on the way- it was very appropriate that he should bring the Tesco Chicken Caesar Wrap on the way to the Good Food Show, as it is certainly good food. THE DETAILS The wrap itself is a tomato tortilla- the tomato flavour really adds to the taste of the over all wrap and really compliments the cheese in the filling. ...off, unlike velcro that they seem to suddenly master at about 1 - I often find velcro wraps in the garden, and soggy patches on the carpet where she's been sitting wrapless! The only real problem I have with it, is that it gives a very baggy look, and under modern little girl trousers it is very bulky, and wrap sticks out over the top (I don't know about boys). Great with dresses, dungarees and for nighttime use though. Probably in the winter, with longer tops and jumpers, it won't matter about sticking out from trousers. They wash well, up to 60 degrees, and dry very quickly. They can tumble dried. They come in S, M, M/L (a new size which gives a neater fit for those just out of medium, but still at the very small end of large - I'd like to try these), L and XL. ...I'm not veggie but I often eat veggie food and this is one of my faves Ingredients 2 (10 inch) whole wheat tortillas 1 pack tofu 200g cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese fresh baby spinach 1 tablespoon Ranch dressing 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste Directions 1 Place the tortillas side by side on a paper plate. Slice tofu, and place slices down the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle cheese over the tofu. Cover with a damp paper towel, and heat in the microwave for about 45 seconds, or until cheese is melted. 2 Pile some spinach onto each tortilla, and pour on some Ranch dressing. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, roll tortillas around the filling, and eat. these are lush for a lunchtime snack or you can serve with chips as a main meal... Read review

.... Neither of these apply to me but I was happy with it being split into two anyway. As soon as I opened it I could smell it was going to taste delicious. You could just smell the aroma of the chicken and the Caesar salad dressing. It was filled to the top with huge chunks of tender chicken breast and just the right amount of Caesar salad dressing, including the perfect amount of shredded lettuce. It was a little difficult to eat at first and dad kept on nagging at me that I was dropping bits all over his car seat. The wrap kept on falling apart and you really have to keep hold of it carefully or the contents do tend to drop out easily. I offered my dad a wrap and he took a (big) bite, said thanks and then let me get on with enjoying my snack. Advantages: Delicious and healthy, and something different from yet another sandwich
Disadvantages: The price. Not an option for people who can't eat seafood.

...fishy flavoured things...they really are big, juicy, succulent king prawns. I also give 10 out of 10 to the dressing. It's not spicy, more zingy and well seasoned. The flavour is basically Thai green curry, and it is somewhere between mayo and salad dressing in consistency, so quite light. There are also some pleasantly crunchy bits of red pepper and other veggies. Needless to say, every ingredient is fresh and tasty. My one criticism is that it could be a bit more generously filled. At least the filling doesn't spill out every time you pick the thing up, though...(how annoying is that?!) You can't expect a low calorie wrap to be filled to bursting, and when the filling is so yummy, it seems ungrateful to complain there's not enough of it. ...I'm fuming! Went to Tesco's today to buy a sandwich for lunch - decided to treat myself to this one as I'm a big fan of salmon and the blurb on the front made it sound yummy… 'Poached salmon flakes with a cream cheese and cucumber dressing with crispy fresh leaf, hand wrapped in a soft barmarked tortilla' Well, it was a terrible let down! You know the feeling - you sit at work all morning thinking how hungry you are, and dreaming of what sandwich you'll buy once you can escape your desk and head to the shop. Then you see something on the shelf that appeals, buy it get back to your desk to eat it and the disappointment eats away at you for the rest of the day (hence this review!) ...Well I just had one for the first time, wasn't sure what to expect although had done some internet research beforehand. The salon I went to was not very nice, the room where I was wrapped was small, cold, damp and the floor was freezing cold(feel sorry for anyone going there for a massage or facial as it really was not very professional at all). After I undressed I was measured all over and I had a thin layer of clay put directly on my body then was wrapped tightly all over with the grey mud soaked bandages. Then had to put a a plastic suit and shoes and was put on a toning table to do some gentle exercise (this room was also cold). I found when laying down my organs felt like they were being crushed and so I could not lay down for all that long, this made my experience totally unrelaxing. After about an hour I was unwapped...
