...This 3 man tent was bought for wild camping expeditions in lowland areas. I had hoped it would withstand being put up and down by enthusiastic teenagers! It can be purchased from Millets for a cost of £49.99. It weighs 4.9 Kg and has a hydrostatic head of 2000mm (most start from about 1500mm). It comes in a good size carry bag (20cm x 66cm) with great handles. The guy ropes are bright fluorescent yellow so not easy to trip over. Ease of use: The tent is really straight forward to put up and took 2 people about 10 minutes. There are 3 poles which are colour coded so that the right pole goes in the right place. It’s a bit fiddly to attach the inner area to the outer sheet and this took the most time. The poles split for folding and go through the loop areas really easily. Advantages: Lightweight, spacious, well made

...impressed at how flexible these metal poles were. Included with the tent is a nylon taffeta groundsheet, plenty of aluminium pegs and lots of guy ropes. It all comes packed in one bag that weighs a total of 9.6kg and measures 64cm x 25cm, this is very light for a tent of this size. A good feature of the bag is that instructions for erecting the tent are printed on a large cloth label fastened to the inside top edge!! OK, so we got the tent home, practised putting it up in the garden and then took it with us to the south of France for 2 weeks. The tent performed very well throughout. We were all very snug and warm inside the sleeping compartment, although I’d hate to imagine sleeping with the recommended 6 adults. ...stored in what looks like a large sports holdall. Now since this weighs up to 30kg (not a tent for hikers!?) they've also put wheels on the bag so it's easier to move around. The tent itself is 8m wide, 5m deep, and 2m high. It sleeps 9 people, so it is a lot of tent! Construction The tent is a large dome tent with two tunnels on either side for the bedrooms. There's also a third smaller tunnel coming off the front as a porch. All this is held up by flexi poles to give a light but sturdy tent. There are eyelets all around the bottom of the tent and guy ropes in strategic places. Each corner of the tent has a fabric tab for another peg. Basically, when fully up, this tent isn't going anywhere. Internally, there are three bedrooms - 1x5 man and 2x2 man. ...Roces "5th elements" area great pair of inline skates. I paid £300 for my pair, now you may think that is quite expensive, but really that's not a lot as inline skates no cost a lot of money. This pair of skates has lasted me from September 1998 to today! They are very agressive skates and it is very easy to do tricks on poles and curbs. I find a topside X grind very easy on theses skates as they have a lot of sole room. However, there is one catch to these almost perfect skates! It is quite hard to skate on ramps as they are quite heavy, so if you are in to vert skating these are not for you! I have come to the conclusion that these are very good skates and are well worth the money you spend on them. I would buy another pair and reccomend them to anybody who is into aggressive inline skating.... Read review

...As you may have noticed by the title, i am reviewing the 8ft trampoline with enclosure. Which looks different from the one pictured ( but looks nice) and is smaller, but i will get round to that later. PACKAGING : This trampoline and enclosure come in the same box which is about 5ft x 2ft x 1ft and is a rectangle shape. the packaging is quite plain as it is a large cardboard box, with a big sticker on it showing the trampoline and the name of maker. I will add the box is very heavy, i had to have my partner pick it up for me as there was no way i could have lifted it by myself. So if you are a single mum and you want to pick it up, it would be easier if you had someone to help, also i dont think the box will fit into small cars, exspecially with the kids in the back. .... It was just a matter of clicking the plastic pieces together and onto the base tray. The metal pole (mentioned below) comes in four segments which slot together. The size is approximately 12 inches x 15 inches (or 38cm x 30cm) and it comes supplied with a 5 foot metal pole - impossible for cats to climb! The price is approx. £31.99. I bought mine from Thompson and Morgan (see op. "Garden Friendly Website") who have a department dealing with birds and wildlife products.
