Advantages: Great all mountain board, durable, reliable, etc.

Advantages: Good every day riding board; great value
Disadvantages: Board lacks pop, it needs to be a little stiffer on the ends

Disadvantages: not as comfortable, warm or water proof as a more expensive burton boot.
