i find these skis are the best pair i own. they are semi flexibe and as twin tips they have the free ride image, but they hold the slope so well. carving turns are a dream on these skis despite them being twin tipped

A real nice all mountain ski
Review of Blizzard CMX PRO IQ by bikoDog

Advantages: Price, responsive and stable
Disadvantages: Not a ski for extremely high speed

Just spent a day at Killington on my CMX Pro's. I was skiing the whole Mtn with friends and was very pleased with the snappy response of these boards. THey carved very nicely and were responsive on quick turns. Edge hold was very good on steeps and in ... Read review

I saw your comment in China Wolf's guestbook and decided to come to the review and see if I could determine what the fuss was about. I am confused as to the jargon "GTs" for instance you are using. How are the bindings attached to the snowboard? If you consider a potential prospective buyer whose daughter has just asked him for a pair of Drake GTO Bindings for her birthday, and he doesn't know what they are even, you might get a clue as to what sort of information he might be looking for. Many of the people who are reading your review will have found it, not by looking up the product but by looking on the Members' Centre at "New Reviews" - and read it as a courtesy to you to rate it for the database as to how helpful a prospective buyer would find your review. If you are interested in making a very helpful review, here is a suggestion. Perhaps a brief introduction to snowboarding at the beginning of the review, followed by a paragraph on the purposes of the bindings and what you are looking for; followed again by your demonstration as to how this model (you obviously like) fits the criteria suggested. A comparison with other bindings (what are Burtons?) could follow, and then a summary of the good points; cost (and comparative costs of other bindings), potential life before needing replacement, and suppliers are a good note to end on - along with any information about the manufacturer and the manufacturer's reputation and after sales service!.... - ♥ - jes ≈≈≈≈{; -)-{{::::: |||||< by jesi
I read your revie and I had no idea what you were tryign to review as well as all the references were to things or items I have no idea about. I guessed if could be skiing as tekin21 did, but then again what do I know? IF you update, let me know and I will re-rate this review for you. by china_wolf

They have barely changed in 2 years - Wonder Why!?
Review of Rossignol Bandit B2 Skis by volcom

Advantages: Durability, speed and control - Superb!!
Disadvantages: There's no snow!

Rossignol have kept these bad boys pretty much the same for the past 2 seasons simply because there is nothing they could do to make them better! These skis are guaranteed fun, on or off-piest. I'm going to keep them for at least 10 years. Not quit ... Read review

Ski of the year in some mags - I'm not surprised!
Review of Rossignol Bandit B2 Skis by schneckster

Advantages: Go anywhere do almost anything - on snow, of course!
Disadvantages: Snow melts :o(

There I was wandering round the Ski Show at the NEC looking for my dream ski - Salomon's X-Scream Series - at a decent price. I found it several times over, but as usual, overpriced for what they were. Salomon's never seem to be bargains, in my experience ... Read review

Advantages: Good quality boot
Disadvantages: Take a while to break in

Good carver for advanced users
Review of Fischer Alltrax Border-X by PekkaPeltonen

Advantages: Good in difficult slopes, accurate handling in most situations
Disadvantages: Handling in high speed not most accurate

Based on my experience, Fischer Alltrax Border-X is a good carver for advanced users. I have used it in standard downhills (not off from the slopes) and it offers good grip from the slope. The handling in high speed is, however, not the most accurate i ... Read review

You need to add a lot more detail to this review. Let me know if you rewrite by newb00ts
I am reviewing a previous model of the Carver plus, but since they don't sell previous models this is the closest model to the one which I have skiied on but maybe since then they have fixed the obvious problem. Every season they improve on the previous model, it could even be improving the look and leaving the body as is. As to the quality of the previous version, shit basically but nontheless a comfortable ski to use but I am just letting people know to be wary if the buy this model and to ask about the durability of the base berofe buying it. by hunkaspunk

Your feet will love you!
Review of Rossignol Soft Light Boots by Gurtie

Advantages: You can wear them all day without crippling yourself

I thought you might be a skier from you photo. I was considering buying a pair of K2s for my trip last year to Val Thorens in France. In the end i chose atomics, but these sound great! Another highly interesting review. ¬¬¬JIM¬¬¬ by pleaseratemyreview
Brilliant report, I own a pair of Axis skis, and having used them for the 1st time last month, can fully concur with this report. I also find the K2 Axis very forgiving, so don't be afraid to give them a try. The choice of binding could be very influential (of course) with these, mine are Fritschi Rave Pro (from Facewest.co.uk) and have proved to be superb. by snowski
